There is something that feels rather ‘other-worldly’ about Explorer III, but also strangely comforting and familiar………could it be that you’re really looking into a mirror…at yourself?
Fighting against the inner journey is futile and often a waste of precious energy. Going deeper and examining layer after layer of yourself is revealing and often painful work – but so worthwhile; after all, if you don’t know who you are and what you’re about, how can you know where you’re headed and what you’re meant to be doing in this world…….
As you journey deeper into self, you are also journeying towards God, as once invited in, God dwells within you … as you. You get to play your unique part in service, contribution and love along your path, in your corner of the world…… with infinite ripple effects that are much bigger than just you.
God tells us that He is constantly transforming us…….one degree, one layer, one thought, one prompt, at a time. You may not be able to ‘see’ Him on the journey with you, but He is there, right alongside you, holding your right hand. There is just something like a thin veil between you and God, preventing you from seeing everything ahead, like a mist or a light fog…..
You don’t need to have full visibility to know that He is there…..His face may not be clear but you can feel His Presence. A bit like this Explorer III ……. you can’t quite make out his face……..but his presence is palpable. Could it be that as you’re looking into this mirror…at yourself….you also see the One who has been journeying with you?
